WORLD MISSIONS
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believes; to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
Romans 1:16
Grace Bible Church focuses on sharing the Gospel message and teaching the Word, as outlined in Matthew 28:19-20. There are many ways to participate in mission work, both here at home and abroad. Every moment we step outside these doors, we are on the mission field, and we encourage you to spread the Gospel right here in our community. Our city needs Jesus!
Furthermore, Grace Bible Church supports missionaries abroad; we stay in touch with them and pray for them on a regular basis. We also have short-term mission opportunities as the Lord opens up doors. Stay tuned for announcements and visit our events page for additional information on these short-term mission trips.

GLOBAL MISSIONS
ASEA has been working since 1987 to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ around the world.
Hi! We are Steve and Tina Same, and we’ve been serving in missions for ten years. We met in high school in Florida, came to know Jesus as our Lord and Savior and then got married the year after graduation. We immediately got involved in local outreach ministry but soon felt a call to go to the uttermost parts of the earth with the message of salvation.
In 1992 we were asked to join ASEA in a six month outreach to London. By the end of the six months the Lord had made it clear that we were to stay. For the next three years we saw unique and blessed fruit from intensive ministry on the streets.
We now help ASEA operate the London Outreach Center (an old, renovated English pub), a base of operations and outreach to London’s 9 million people.
Gracious Hand Mission Project (GHMP) aims to help rescue vulnerable at-risk children from the city streets of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and provide them with a safe and nurturing environment where they can have the opportunity to develop physically, mentally, and spiritually.
CALVARY CHAPEL PHILADELPHIA - MISSIONS
Therefore, whenever possible, our desire for missions is to see churches planted from which other forms of outreach (such as orphan care, medical clinics, schools, etc.) would then flow out of. We do realize, however, that this is not always possible in every situation. In such cases the overall mission remains the same -to proclaim the name of Jesus Christ and make disciples. This must be the main focal point of any mission or missionary that we support.
Jed, Renee, Anna, Lizzy, Joshua, Rachel, Isaiah, & Emma Gourley The Gourleys are serving in the small nation of Georgia, located in the Caucasus mountain range east of Turkey. Their vision is to plant a church in Tbilisi, the capital city. An official church has been registered with the government, outreaches have begun, and a Bible study started. The Gourleys are also getting involved in a pastoral training program that is working with leaders to reach nearby areas that are virtually closed to Western missionaries. They also travel to share at churches and conferences in Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, and other countries.
